Catherine’s journey in the dance world is truly remarkable. From gracing the stage of the National Concert Hall in Dublin as a student dancer to her dual role as dancer and dance captain in the film ‘Ella Enchanted,’ alongside Oscar Winner Anne Hathaway, and captivating audiences in the hit show ‘Vapours’ at The Helix, DCU, Catherine’s passion and dedication to dance are evident in her illustrious career.

Our school’s roots date back to 2005 when Catherine founded the Catherine Casey School of Dance, beginning in Castleknock. Over the years, we expanded our reach, opening branches in Lucan in 2007 and Shankill in 2013. Our ethos is rooted in inclusivity, ensuring that every student, regardless of age or experience, flourishes in their dance journey. We encourage all our students to participate in school activities, auditions, and performances, nurturing their talents and fostering a sense of community.

Catherine’s commitment to dance education extends beyond our studio walls. She actively engages with local schools, running in-school dance programs that introduce the joy of dance to students of all levels and abilities. Her choreography talents have also shone brightly in secondary school productions of beloved musicals like ‘Grease,’ ‘Joseph,’ and ‘Fiddler on the Roof.’
